Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets has strenthened its European offering with four apointments.

Alex Wilson has been appointed managing director and head of banks for Northern Europe reporting to Mandeep Ahluwalia, managing director and head of global banks. Wilson has over ten yeras experience having worked in international wholesale markets having worked in London, Madrid, New York and Los Angeles.

Sofia Larsen and Anders Jensen have joined the Global Financial Institutions team as relationship managers in newly created positions. Larsen has spent ten years covering financial institutions in roles at WestLB, HSBC and most recently NAB. Originally from Sweden, she will be dedicated to Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets relationships with banks in Benelux and Switzerland.

Jensen joins following more than 10 years covering German-speaking financial institutions for BNP Paribas Fortis in Frankfurt and Saxo Bank in Denmark.

Philippe Wenden has also been appointed to the team to strengthen its relationships with French bank clients. He previously worked with BNP Paribas in a variety of debt capital markets, securitisation and financial institution relationship roles. All three report to Alex Wilson.

The Global Financial Institutions team within Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets delivers corporate banking and risk management services to financial services companies, including support on strategic advisory and capital raising issues, cash management and trade finance services.
